MB.CHARGE Public Network Expands: Tesla Superchargers Now Integrated for Mercedes-Benz Drivers
October 24 2025,
Charging your Mercedes-Benz electric vehicle just became easier across Quebec. The MB.CHARGE Public service now includes access to over 25,000 Tesla Superchargers throughout the United States and Canada, joining familiar networks like Circuit Electrique, ChargePoint, FLO, and BC Hydro that Quebec drivers already rely on.
This isn't a new app to download or a separate account to manage. Tesla's vast Supercharger network is simply integrated into the MB.CHARGE Public service you already use. For Mercedes-Benz EV owners in Laval and across Quebec, this expansion means more charging options on road trips, commutes, and everyday driving without adding complexity to your routine.
How Tesla Supercharger Access Works
If you drive a current Mercedes-Benz battery electric vehicle with a CCS1 charging port, you'll need a NACS to CCS1 adapter to access Tesla Superchargers. This adapter is available now at authorized Mercedes-Benz dealerships across Canada, including right here in Laval, for $219.95 plus applicable taxes.
The adapter has been tested and certified specifically for Mercedes-Benz BEVs, ensuring safe and fast charging at any NACS DC fast charging point. Some models may require a software update, which your dealership can perform at no additional charge.
Seamless Integration with MB.CHARGE Public
The Tesla Supercharger network joins an already extensive charging ecosystem through MB.CHARGE Public. With just one charging contract, you have access to nearly 200,000 public charging points across the United States and Canada.
Here's what makes this integration work smoothly for Quebec drivers:
- Authentication happens automatically through the Mercedes-Benz app, your MB.CHARGE Public RFID card, or directly via Plug & Charge at participating operators
- All charging sessions are billed through one interface
- You can view charging station availability and estimated costs before you plug in
- Your charging history and payments are tracked in one place
For drivers in Quebec who rely on Circuit Electrique for regional travel, adding Tesla Superchargers means better coverage on trips to Ontario, the Maritimes, or into the United States.
What's Coming: Built-In NACS Ports
Mercedes-Benz will begin integrating NACS charging ports directly into its new electric vehicle lineup in North America in late 2025. Future models will connect to any NACS DC fast charging point without needing an adapter, making the charging experience even more straightforward.
MB.CHARGE Public: One Network, Maximum Coverage

MB.CHARGE Public brings together all public charging functions under one umbrella. The service is provided in cooperation with ChargePoint and requires an active Mercedes me ID and ChargePoint account. Once linked, you can use the service through the Mercedes-Benz app or within your vehicle's MBUX multimedia system.
The addition of Tesla Superchargers to MB.CHARGE Public represents another step in building a comprehensive charging ecosystem designed to work on the road, at home, and at work. Mercedes-Benz continues expanding charging infrastructure through its own activities, including Mercedes-Benz High-Power Charging, which launched in North America in 2023 and is expected to open its first Canadian charging hubs in British Columbia by the end of 2025.
