Thank you to the whole team at Mercedes-Benz Laval!

April 22 2021,

Thank you to the whole team at Mercedes-Benz Laval!

Over the years we have purchased several vehicules and dealt with several dealerships, this was by far our best experience.

We were greeted professionally, our salesman Mark Ionov went above and beyond to complete his sale, not only with promises but he delivered to our needs.

He made our purchase easy and leaving us with no doubt of our decision.    He was also given instructions from Isidor Mavrogeorgis, who at the time was busy with another client, Isidor made sure that through Mark we were well taken care of.

Once Isidor had finished with his client, came over to introduce himself and congratulate us on our purchase.

Through our casual conversation we immediately felt like we were family there.   We then moved over to the financing department where we met Karine Deneault, who was very pleasant explained all our financing details with a smile.

Delivering our vehicule we dealt with Kevin Chales who also was very helpful in explaining every functionality of our new vehicule.

Receiving a personalized paperholder, travel mug, water bottle and a beautiful umbrella was a very thoughtful touch, made me feel special.

We then were given an introduction to your Sales Manager, Harry Assimakopoulos who was also very pleasant and confirmed with a very genuine tone to us that if we needed anything not to hesitate our team is always here and ready to help.

He also reccomended some very good restaurants.

All these little thoughtful gestures go a long way for us and for sure your other clients.

Our overall experience did not make us feel that we were just clients, we felt very comfortable about our purchase and our impression was that we will be taken care of in the future.

Thank you to the whole team!
